Shipping Policy

General Order/Shipping Details

A confirmation email is sent within 1 hour of order placement to the email you provided in your order information.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
All orders will ship from our Harrisonburg, Virginia location.
We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders taken on Fridays will ship the following week.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours (two business days) of being placed.
Tracking information will be emailed once a shipping label is generated by our fulfillment center.
Shipping information can take up to 72 hours before being registered in the carrier’s website after you have received a tracking number.
Ship time estimates will be a few days longer during busy shipping seasons such as Christmas, New Years and Black Friday.

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Our cancellation window is limited and we cannot guarantee any order can be cancelled before shipping.

USA Customers

USA customers currently only have the option of flat rate ground shipping during times when free shipping is not offered.
Rates are calculated based on package size and weight, and calculated at checkout.
